Refund Policy

1. Overview

FE Global Education provides professional study-abroad consultation and test-preparation services. We request all students and clients to review this Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.

2. Service Fees

All fees paid to FE Global Education are for consultation, guidance, application support, documentation assistance, and related professional services. Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Change of decision after enrollment
• Rejection or delay by universities, colleges, embassies, or immigration authorities
• Failure to meet academic, financial, language, or visa requirements
• Submission of incomplete, incorrect, or false information or documents
• Delays caused by third parties such as universities, embassies, or test centers

4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of FE Global Education if:

• Services have not yet started, and
• A written refund request is submitted within 7 days of payment

Administrative and processing charges may be deducted from any approved refund amount.

5. Test Preparation Programs

Fees paid for IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, OET, or any other test-preparation programs are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once classes begin or study materials are accessed.
