Refund Policy

What this policy covers
This refund policy applies to fees paid to FE Global Education for our services — including application assistance, documentation, visa guidance and IELTS coaching. Initial counselling and profile evaluation are free and carry no charges to refund.
Free services stay free
Our first counselling session and profile evaluation are always free. If you decide not to proceed after counselling, you owe nothing.
Paid services
When you engage us for a paid service, the scope and fee are confirmed in writing before you pay — normally through a service agreement or a written fee quotation. The fee covers our time and work, not a guaranteed outcome.
Third-party and government charges
University application fees, visa fees, embassy charges, courier costs and tuition deposits are paid to third parties and are non-refundable once paid, unless that third party itself refunds them. We will always help you pursue a refund where the third party offers one.
Refunds of our service fees
If you cancel before we begin work on your file, we will refund the full service fee. If you cancel after work has begun, the refund is prorated: you pay only for the work actually completed, and the balance is refunded. If we fail to deliver a service we committed to in writing and cannot make it right, we will refund the fee for that service.
No outcome guarantees
Admission decisions belong to universities and visa decisions belong to embassies. Our fee is for diligent application and documentation work, not for a guaranteed admission or visa. Where a written agreement contains a specific outcome-based commitment, that agreement's terms govern.
How to request a refund
Write to us at admin@feglobaleducation.com or WhatsApp +91 89280 23260 with your name, the service, and your reason. We will respond within 5 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the same method you paid with.
Disputes
If you are unhappy with any decision under this policy, tell us — we will review it fairly. This policy is governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai having jurisdiction.
